Our big summer vacation was to Outer Banks this summer. My aunt and uncle let us have the cottage for the week and we really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, I didn't take many pictures...I think I was too busy relaxing. I read my first book of the summer, went to the beach, did a little shopping, etc. It was super and John and I loved taking Reagan with us. It was an 8 hour car ride and she slept the whole way other than a feed - we were so grateful. She actually had her first full night of sleep while we were there as well. Unfortunately, she isn't completely ready to do this for us every night!
Grandma and Grandad helped take care of her and babysat one night while we went out to dinner at Blue Point in Duck - it was delicious! I hope to get some better pictures from Grandma and post those later this week. One night we went over to some family friends' of ours who were down for the week and they had a new baby as well - it was so much fun to see them. John and Granddad enjoyed playing Wii bowling and golf everyday too...I think we all had a great time and look forward to next year's trip already!
