I have been really bad about posting anything about this pregnancy...too busy chasing an almost 2 year old around! So I thought it was time to journal about our newest addition coming in June. This pregnancy has been relatively easy...just the normal symptoms of nausea and tiredness in the beginning. I am almost 30 weeks, so I am moving around a bit slower and get more uncomfortable at night, but that's about it. I have been going every 2 weeks since about 25 weeks because my blood pressure is up and down and I am having a few symptoms of preeclampisa again. But they are keeping a close eye on me which is good. I also get to have two extra ultrasounds...at least there is a perk of being high risk!! So we will see if I make it full term...if the BP stays normal, I should, but if not, I'll probably be induced once full term. We will see! We are very excited for our newest addition and it will be VERY interesting to see how Reagan reacts. She is one spoiled rotten little girl, so it will be an adjustment for all.
Anyway....here are a few scanned pictures of the ultrasounds and I have labeled them according to the week. Oh, and her name!!! DRUM ROLL....'Claire Jacqueline Arp'. We both love the name 'Claire' and 'Jacqueline' is John's Nana's name. Reagan's middle name is after my grandmothers (they both had the exact same name...random), so we wanted to do a name from his family and he has always loved the name 'Jacqueline'. I also really like it and think it sounds perfect!! It took us a while to decide on this, but I love calling her 'Claire' now. :)

20 weeks...she was super active and waved a few times. I love her profile.
29 weeks...this was a quick one to make sure her weight is okay, kidney function, amniotic fluid, and blood flow in the umbilical cord. All was good! The pictures actually weren't as good...I guess because she was bigger, so you could only get certain shots. I am putting a 3D shot up here...I usually think they are a little freaky, but I liked this one.

1. OMG - the Easter Bunny is so creative at your house! At our house, he leaves the basket on the fire place. Maybe he'll get more creative now :)

3. My Granny's name was Jacqueline Ann - spelled the same :) We were going to name Molly "Jacqueline Ann" after her but ended up deciding Jacqueline Adkisson was just too much for one little girl :) Love Claire Jacqueline!! Don't be mad at me if we use Jacqueline as a middle name, too :)
