Summertime Fun

We have been on the go since we arrived in VA and NC!  After a fun-filled week in VA, the girls and I headed to Raleigh for the week to check out the corporate apartment and look for houses.  It was a whirlwind and we really like the area.  I ventured out each day (in 100+ heat) with the girls to find shopping, food, parks, swimming, etc. and we met up with good friends who live nearby.  Such fun!  However, it sure was an experience with two on my own during the day...I managed better than I thought I would, but it's definitely an adjustment.  My parents came for the weekend to help out while we did more 'hunting' and Reagan enjoyed getting more attention.  We are back in VA for a week while John takes Reagan to see Mimi and Pop at the lake and then Claire and I will go back to Raleigh to do more house hunting and spend time with Daddy.  "On the road again" is our summertime theme!

Best little table ever!!  Adults and children can sit at it and there is plenty of room to grow.  Reagan loves to color and play with her play-doh at it.  You can see Claire sleeping on her mat while Reagan was coloring...peace and quiet and a glass of wine for the rest of us!!!
