The Potty

I have been delaying the potty.  A new baby and a move this summer has delayed me and now I'm just being lazy.  Reagan has gone a couple of times on her own without us asking and tells us when she's going.  So yes, I am just being lazy!   My mom bought her a Potty book that is really cute.  She wanted to read it everyday last week and now loves to act it out on her toilet.  The little boy in the story takes a super long time to go...reads books, falls asleep, has his hands on his cheeks while he waits, etc.  Reagan now wants to do all of this on the potty...including being naked.  This is not an exaggeration..she spent a minimum of 20 minutes on it yesterday...probably closer to 30 min.  She read books, asked us to come in a talk to her, had Grandad read her books...it was hysterical.  We had to talk her into getting off of it and getting dressed.  She wanted to go so badly but just didn't have to.  I suppose I will start in the very near future...ugh.
