Run, John, Run!

John ran in his first 5K with our neighbors a few weeks ago and did awesome!!  I think he ran it in 22 or 23 minutes??  He could tell you the exact time.  We went down to the race to cheer him on and had fun listening to music, enjoying snacks, and watching all the runners.  He is riding a 100 mile bike ride in September with BASF to help raise money for MS...we can't wait to cheer him on!!
